Year of the Tiger

Happy Lunar New Year everyone! Lunar New Year officially started on February 1st and we are in the year of the tiger! This year I picked a lolita Chinese inspired outfit and tried to stylize with some Victorian shoes and curls. I decided on cell shading with marker brushes for coloring.
