Commission - Magical Girl Lumirrixa

I was asked to design a Sailor Moon inspired magical girl outfit for their OC Lumirrixa. Which of course I said yes! I love doing character design and of course you know I love magical girls. Lumirrixa is primarily blue with a red cherry motif that I translated into heart shapes.
