Hailing from the planet of Tatooine, Sailor Jabba is here! I was explicitly told not to make this as it would hurt one's eyes, but I think he turned out really cute. Part of the Sailor Villains series where I draw villains from all media as Pretty Sailor Guardians.

Fuku is based on the sands and twin suns of Tatooine.
