Angler Hotaru

Still practicing overcoloring, which I wanted to use for this one as I wanted the idea of Hotaru being in the deep ocean with dramatic lighting from her tarion crystal. You know, like an angler fish haha!

I think this is one I'll revisit in the future when I'm better at coloring.
