Sailor Villains - Robotnik

Normally with chibi the heads are much larger than the rest of the body, but that certainly was not going to work here! He’s a bit more regular sized proportion, so I threw in a tiny cute version of Sonic as Luna. Part of the Sailor Villains series where I draw villains from all media as Pretty Sailor Guardians.
