Sailor Villains - The Riddler

The Riddler for the Sailor Villains series. I wanted to incorporate aspects of Carey's theatrical Riddler as well as the more traditional aspects of his suit in the comics. 60s Batman has a special place in my heart, so I wanted him to have a purple mask to represent that.
