Witch Hotaru

Outer Witches are here! I based these off of the now defunct Sailor Moon Drops Halloween Outfits.

Naturally the reason why I drew the Outers as witches at all is because I wanted to draw my darling Hotaru. I guess I don't need to draw all four every time I want to do something holiday with her, but I figured, why not do the whole set?? Hotaru is dressed in a more cottage witch outfit with her big hood and little cape.
