Witch Setsuna

Outer Witches are here! I based these off of the now defunct Sailor Moon Drops Halloween Outfits.

I wanted Setsuna to have a mature look, but also one of a traditional sorceress. I like the witch hats with stars and moons hanging off of them, so I decided to translate the Garnet Orb, heart crystal, and lip rod into hat trinkets.
