Witch Haruka

Outer Witches are here! I based these off of the now defunct Sailor Moon Drops Halloween Outfits.

I wanted Haruka in a more androgynous outfit, but still have the cute witchy vibes. Her outfit pairs with Michiru's and she also uses her talisman as a broom.
