Crystal Tokyo Met Gala - Rei Hino

crystaltokyometgala is a little fandom project where everyone is encourage to create “high fashion” looks for a Sailor Moon character under the guise of it being for the annual Crystal Tokyo Met Gala. 2021 theme is Dreams and Eternity.

Since I started this project, I’m determined to draw at least all main characters in a look to match the theme.

Another merge of dream and eternity theme with Rei wearing a cape symbolizing the eternal flame she often prays to for guidance and her miko garb as Rei intends to inherit Hikawa Shrine from her grandfather.
